AMERICUS, Ga. – Georgia Southwestern's Sacha Corlouer has been named Peach Belt Conference Golfer of the Week following his notable performance at the Argonaut Invitational.
Corlouer captured individual medalist honors at the event, winning the 87-player field with an impressive score of 11-under par. The tournament featured one of the strongest fields of the spring, including 14 players ranked inside the top 30 of NCAA Division II.
The freshman out of Noumea, France fired rounds of 69-68-68 to secure the victory, finishing with 16 total birdies and tying for the fewest bogeys in the field with just three. Corlouer also ranked second in Par 5 scoring at 10-under and closed the tournament in excellent fashion, carding four birdies over his final nine holes to seal the win.
