Brown, Jones and Corlouer Garner PING All-America Honors

AMERICUS, Ga. -- The Georgia Southwestern State University men's golf team added another milestone to its historic 2025-26 campaign as three Hurricanes earned NCAA Division II PING All-America honors from the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA).

Junior Sam Brown was named Second Team All-America, sophomore Jordan Jones earned Third Team All-America recognition and freshman Sacha Corlouer collected Honorable Mention All-America honors.

The trio helped lead Georgia Southwestern to one of the most successful seasons in program history, highlighted by a Peach Belt Conference Championship, a trip to the NCAA Division II Men's Golf Championship and a run to the national quarterfinals.

Brown capped his junior season as one of the top golfers in Division II, finishing the year ranked No. 12 nationally. The Sofia, Bulgaria native claimed medalist honors at the Peach Belt Conference Championship, winning by six strokes to help the Hurricanes secure their second conference title in the last four years. Brown recorded four top-10 finishes and nine top-25 finishes during the season with a 72.15 scoring average. He also paced Georgia Southwestern at the NCAA Division II National Championship, finishing tied for 18th among 127 golfers.

Jones continued his emergence as one of the nation's premier players, earning Peach Belt Conference Player of the Year honors after a standout sophomore campaign. Ranked No. 20 nationally at season's end, Jones captured medalist honors at the Bobcat Invitational with a dominant seven-stroke victory and led the team lead with a 72.11 scoring average. Jones posted four top-10 finishes and eight top-25 finishes while helping the Hurricanes maintain a national ranking throughout the season.

Corlouer made an immediate impact after joining the Hurricanes for the spring semester. The freshman finished the season ranked No. 22 nationally and became the first player in program history to earn selection to the GCAA All-Freshman Team. Corlouer highlighted his debut season with an individual victory at the Argonaut Invitational and recorded two top-10 finishes and five top-25 performances in eight events. He shot par or better in 14 of his 24 rounds played while providing a key boost to Georgia Southwestern's postseason run.

All three golfers also earned PING All-Southeast Region honors and All-Peach Belt Conference recognition during the season.

The three All-America selections continue a remarkable year for head coach Darcy Donaldson's program. The Hurricanes recorded three tournament victories, captured the Peach Belt Conference Championship by nine strokes and advanced to the NCAA Division II National Championship for the fourth time in the last six seasons before reaching the national quarterfinals.

Georgia Southwestern was one of only a handful of programs nationally to place three golfers on the NCAA Division II PING All-America teams, further cementing the Hurricanes' position among the nation's elite programs.

It was the third time in program history the Hurricanes had three All-America recipients in a season.
