AMERICUS, Ga. — Joe Barber has resigned his position as head men's soccer coach at Georgia Southwestern State University, Director of Athletics Mike Leeder announced Monday.

"We would like to thank Joe for his efforts in leading the men's soccer program during the 2025 season and we wish him well in his future endeavors," Leeder said. 

A national search for the next head coach of the Hurricanes will begin immediately.
