Lady 'Canes qualify for postseason

The Georgia Southwestern women's basketball team clinched the fourth seed in the Peach Belt Conference West Division on Saturday and will face the top seed from the west, Georgia College on Tuesday evening (3/2) at 7 p.m. in Milledgeville.

The spot in the PBC Tourney is GSW's first since joining the NCAA and PBC in 2006.

It's a remarkable turnaround for a program that was 1-26 only two seasons ago.
