PULASKI, Tenn. - Jessica Bivins hit a 3-point basket with 1:21

on for a 67-66 road win Friday evening against Martin Methodist
College.
Southwestern jumped out to a seven-point lead three minutes into
the contest. However, a 15-point swing over the following nine
minutes gave the RedHawks their largest lead of the night (26-18).
GSW would chip away and eventually regain the lead
(31-30) when Jaleesa Octalien scored the final points of the
first half at the 2:44 mark.
Momentum shifted similarly in the second half as GSW came out of
the break and built their largest lead of the game (43-34) when

play. Mirroring the first half, another 15-point swing gave the
RedHawks a 54-48 lead with 8:39 to go. GSW answered once again and
Bivins' 3-pointer gave Southwestern some breathing room for
the final 1:21.
