Griffin Bell Golf & Conference Center
The Griffin Bell Golf & Conference Center, formerly the Americus Country Club, is an 18-hole golf course owned by Georgia Southwestern State University, offering a challenging layout with Bermuda grass greens. Renovated and reopened in March 2025, the center now features modern conference and event spaces and houses the Men’s Golf team practice facility and locker room, providing top-tier amenities for student-athletes. Named in honor of Judge Griffin Bell, the facility reflects GSW’s commitment to excellence in athletics, academics, and community engagement.
