The No. 4 Columbus State women's soccer team defeated GSW 11-0 Wednesday evening in Columbus.
Cortney Norris knocked in her first goal of the year off a corner kick at the 9:44 mark to start the scoring for the Lady Cougars. CSU led 6-0 at the half.
Nine different players had goals on the night for CSU.
Columbus State (16-3, 7-0 PBC) held a 35-2 shot advantage and led 17-0 in corner kicks.
Lady Hurricanes goalkeeper Lindsey Richardson stopped eight shots. Kelly Nimmo and Michelle Krengel had a save apiece for CSU.
GSW (5-12-1, 0-6-1 PBC) wraps up the regular season at home on Saturday against North Georgia. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. Festivities include Senior Day and the GSW Halloween costume contest.
