Gahman Tied For 26th After Day 2 At Nationals

HERSHEY, Pa. - Georgia Southwestern senior Nate Gahman sits in 26th place out of 108 golfers at the NCAA Division II National Championships.

Gahman followed up an even-par opening round 71 at the Hershey Country Club East Course on Monday with a 6-over 77 Tuesday. Gahman slipped from ninth place to his current 26th standing.

Gahman was 1-under par through seven holes of his second round, but double-bogeyed the eighth and played the back nine at 5-over.

Gahman tees off at 11:50 a.m. for Wednesday's final round.

Rob Damschen of Cal State-Stanislaus leads the individual standings with a 4-under, 10 strokes ahead of Gahman.
